Lol... that's something dealing with Shockwave. If you have the downloaded version redownload Shockwave 8.5, if you are using web version, then go to Tools, Internet Options, and then Delete your cookies and files, and then uninstall Shockwave if you still have it under Add/Remove Programs. You should then be able to reinstall Shockwave.
