this is not about me...

my friend just joined and he has a problem.

when you are at the character select screen it takes about 1 min. for it to confirm your character then on the normal/turbo selection screen it takes another min. to confirm this.then when he is playing 1 of ryu's punches take about 5 secs. to complete.the game is slow.what is the problem???

tell u'r friend to go to practice mode, and in the middle of the game type "/fps" in chat/console...

if the number is lower than 5, then the problem is in his computer (it is just too slow and it can't seem to handle the game)
