I think that that was basically unnecessary. If a person wants to be gothic, that's their own choice. Who is anyone else to say that they're stupid for it? I'm a practicing, bible-reading, praying, attending church three times a week Baptist, so are you gonna start a thread on how that's stupid too? theres some emo people that are cool, and theres some that are just freaks. I have like two emo friends, wearing girl jeans, long hair, punking it out sometimes, smoke weed sometimes, and always cry for no reason........................weird.

but for me... i can never flow like that. I HATE, HATE, emo music, its not music, its just boys screaming thier lungs out before they hit puberty. Thats seriously not cool, not at all, when I was back in New Orleans I dyed the dreads black and tried to adapt to the gothic style, since I basically lived in the french quaters and was always in the clubs with other goth or goth-like posers. did they even know the gothic era ? do they really know what it was like, cause its not an emotions, its not being depressed by everything, its not about dressing. its an actual way of life, its an actual part of our history as a whole. but people continu to think its all about being depressed and being dressed like they were night freaks who looks very depressed and aout to pass out !
