Your "Rage Factor" has to be above zero. Anything below, and you can't perform Rage...

i did it was +1 and i played in story mode and it didnt work

ummm it's because u fight a person and u used rage then ur rage became -1....then u go to story mode n it didn't work..?

if not... I DON'T KNOW!

...Their is possible that u might....

- Log of by accident
- Maybe u lose a fight
- Maybe u use rage factor by accident
etc....

Those things can caused u to lose rage factor. Tried killing VIP again and this time it might work .

you need to have at leats 1 rage factor if you have 0 there is no way you can active the rage to get rage you have to beat a vip,nwo,mod
