Music to 0
Induce Seizures OFF
No background OFF
Disable Dashing OFF

and close every program besides SFO and shouldnt this be in members help center?

^^ Dont Decrease Lag just do it because to me its better then the normal settings

Turn Music OFF
Also Turn The Music down to 0 Reduce lag more
Sound Down To 5 Then turn sound up on Computer

Turn I am behind a firewall or a proxy (only if youare)
This will auto turn on
old connection mode (for Fire walls)

Induce Seizures OFF
No background OFF
Disable Dashing OFF

try turning off all your programs in the background and task bar except system programs and free ur memory by using a memory tool before u play like freeramXP Pro 1.06 (search it on google)or something
