mtune01 it seems ur knew here so let me give u a heads up u gotta beat 40 characters to get all the characters and story mode doesnt count u gotta be people in game that they host or u host or challenge. just check out the help section on the game and check out a fan site that's why their there

ya gotta earn em the old way beating people make sure you dont cheat and i think that is certainly the case. if youunlocked them then clear your cache restart reload the game and log in {clearing cache: go to internet options clear cache by clear history and deleting files

what really happens is that when u fight like say 25 games but dont win them the game thinks uve won 25 games so u get all those ppl unlocked but in realty u dont so wen u log out they dissapppear, thats happened to me alot

first when u had just come here new u somtimes would get this i had the same too when u log out u will see that u have not unlock the players so u have to won it by ur self

If you see gray on the character it means it doesn't exist on SFO till the owner add it himself.

Like everyone said, you need to get wins in order to unlock them. If you keep losing and all of a sudden u unlock some character and the next day you don't see them is because it was a glitch
