None, no background at all, and the sprites kept blinking in and out.

i dunno though seriously...sometimes it just randomly turns on
then turns off again...

this was really irritating, though its not something Ive encountered before, and its not all that serious, it should be fixed.

That happened to me when Evil Ryu do a special move and I high jump and it glitch..anyway it looks liked he in the sky and frozen... lol...I suggest you refresh it...
This has only happened to me once and that's because I super jumped and got stuck then the game started lagging.

Uh, I think you go to Options -> Others -> and unckeck No Background. That might work.
