nothing inappropriate was said. and 8 year old can understand the concept of *** or straight with out being harmed. anyway being *** just like everything else(i believe) is a learned behavior. this doesnt neccessarily mean being around *** people. but sons with single mothers, or females with fathers trying to make a son out of a daughter. other people "turn" *** for the fad. or because they truely feel that on gender cannot satisfy them ( if a man thinks a woman cant satisfy him he should be hung and i mean this in more than a sexual way) but staying away from people just because they are *** is(as elena said) ignorant. being *** is not a disease. and u could easily just woop any *** guys ass if he trys to hit on u. lol.

well thing is scientists can only speculate. they have no real proof, just like they don't know what factors are involved with the development of cancer (dna damage through viral infection or other factors, level of carcinogens (sp) in the body, etc...). i find myself attracted to much more femminine men, since being a lesbian is just WRONG http://bbs.projectx.cyberfuturism.com/non-cgi/emoticons/shocked.gif . But there is a gene for everything (theoretically if the whole gene thing is in fact a theory). There's one for behavior, one for body build... in fact they have proven that homosexual men have more femminin builds etc. now there are masculine men, but there are exceptions to all rules. although there might not be a specific *** GENE, there is one for behavior that might be accountable for homosexuality.

i think it might have something to do with childhood experiences which someone grows into, i knew a kid back from kindergarten who was a bit fruity, he ended up being bisexual. Selfesteem maybe? i certainly dont think its genetic, since i cant recall the last time anyone ever mentioned a homsexuality gene in animals. who knows, who cares really?

Whatever the cause, its not normal. religously, homosexuality is morally wrong. Im not religous or anything but there are alot of extreme opinions on the subject, as i mentioned, i know *** people, but i dont associate with them. I personally think homosexuality is wrong, but discrimination is even worse.

Actually it has been somewhat proven in science...as I told you before they had studies on the size and shape of *** male brains and females...and yes they were nearly the same...and theories are better then just throwing the bible in someone's face and saying..see it's wrong...the bible says a lot of things...yet people only seem to use it when they can use it to their benefit...

anyway. if it's not genetic, the example one of you used would backfire. parents who are *** don't have *** kids. well then, first of all, they adopt!
straight people might be *** but won't come out of the closet.
second, if its not genetic its nurture related. but if the *** parents didn't influence their kid to be ***, then it isn't nurture after all! so what is it? if there was a valid point for it being a choice I would take it but there still really isnt. and since science has been right (at least in relation to the human factor of right which could be much less perfect than that of say a higher species in space) at least 90% of the time and has saved many of you're rears, than i trust what they say. anyway, how many *** people are here giving their story, which would be the truth, since you ask the people who are what you question, the question.

The reason people are turning *** is because of their childhood.

When little boys hang around girls for a long period of time, they start to think and act like them in a way. They haven't been exposed to the truth behind women, which confuses them.

When they hang around them, they start to get feminine. Which continues to grow until they just turn to the same gender.

Some others just like to go out in life and experience everything they can before death. Death scares most of these people..
