Unable to login

i try login and it says "unable to authenticate check username/password...create new account"

so i try to create a new account

"unable to authenticate, update version of game" or something like that

i just downloaded the game onto my computer at home and i was playing it about a week ago at school. what's going on? i have the latest version of shockwave and the game.

If you have a firewall.. That blocks the port that the SFO Authenication system is using then it will say that message... Or if you have some kind of web blocker system on your computer.... Try turning off the settings and try again.

that happens sometimes just keep trying to log in thats what i do and it works, it took me 4 trys maxium and if your using download version try get shockwave 8.5 instead

Well what you can do is remake yer character name with the same pass, name and email then try again...it always works for me after that...if it's not any of the other problems.

that happened to me once, but i got a new comp now tho. i could only log in as a player and a bunch of ppl were experiencing it at the time, so the mods fixed it.
