Sysop Nferno666 has enabled HTML / FLASH video embed codes for the forum.

If you already use one of the various video upload sites such as YouTube, Vimeo, BlipTV, etc. etc., they provide EMBED codes which you may copy and paste into a post here on PX.

In the past, embedding videos on PX was possible. Due to abuse of this privilege, the embed code was disabled.

Be forewarned that abuse of this privilege again, will result in the embed code being partially and/or permanently disabled on the sections of or the whole of the PX/SFO board.

If you're unsure what constitutes "abuse" here are a few examples of abuse/and or things NOT to do:

1) Spam the board with multiple posts, in multiple sections, each containing a video embed. (This is surfire ban material even without a video. )

2) Do NOT embed videos that start to play automatically. Only embed vids that requre the member to click the "Play" button. This way, users on lower internet connection speeds (or slow PCs) don't need to suffer through videos they didn't intend to watch.

So please, use the embed code wisely, and in a mature fashion.

Finally.. I've been waiting for this year for years to return. Really glad Nferno did this.

Now it's possible for guys to post their SFO Cinema, Youtube Videos, etc without having to click to go to the site which was nerve wrecking.. http://bbs.projectx.cyberfuturism.com/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin2.gif

Guys please don't abuse this.. then we gonna have to wait 5+ more years to get it back again.. http://bbs.projectx.cyberfuturism.com/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin2.gif

* Update*

If you are gonna quote your replies to videos on this forum.. Try not to quote DailyMotion Videos.. Their embed code "breaks" up the forum layout pages..

Thank you..
