TMyApp: I was 48-7 on my PaddyWallace Lycan account and I was 4-1 on my (X-F)Phaidi Vampire account (Loss was from a glitch) Can I get these back, boss?

Same thing has happened to one of my accounts ( DangerMaus )I was a Lycan Seeker, and now it does not even recognise that I'm in a creed at all. When I go to Underworld it has began right back from the start! I also noticed that the people I previously beat already dont count towards my score anymore.. So those 70 people i beat already wont even count towards my score so im screwed.. Someone fix this plz.

ok now this is serious bullcrap, its happened to my other account now (xfaderx) . So now both of my game accounts have been reset as if I've never joined a creed at all.

To the mods/game creators: if you want people to enjoy these new features then make sure they work BEFORE they get released! Also it wouldn't hurt posting some kind of acknowledgement reply to our posts here in the bug thread so that we actually know that they are being read and listened to. I enjoy playing SFO and this is why I post in threads like this, so that problems can be given the appropriate attention and fixed for future releases, but ignoring them does not mean they will go away (just piss more people off).

^ gotta remember that every SFO Update is still a beta version, and that all the bugs found by the staff (about 20?) doesn't compare to the thousands playing at the same time.

Well, for clarification, my (X-F)Phaidi account just magically got its creed back so I would not like this reset as i'm 18-1 now or something like that I dunno but not 4-1 anymore anyway. I would still like my PaddyWallace account to be put back. I wonder why I got my creed status back on 1 account, weird.

This has happend to me a coupple of times with my creed wins being reset but i just log out and log back in and that scores are the same again it happens from time to time though.

the only account i chose a creed on was my Josh26 account (Lycan Dominator). But for some reason on my ~NG~Newskillz account, out of nowhere I was a Lycan Hunter one day?


I tried restarting sfo, clearing cache, etc, its still there, not changing. But I just thought I would point this out. I never did the story mode on this or any other account, but simply my Josh26 account.


So I dunno, theres no way I would have done all the storylines to get up to hunter, and 40+ wins without noticing somewhere? I guess its not a big deal if you can change your creed, I just think you guys may want to look into it, since it could cause other problems possibly as well. also, I did recently get a 'tourney banner' on said account from a tmc event, (a street fighters way part 2) but i dont think that would have anything to do with it, tho it was around the same time. (and i got a stage and 2 colors, and a sent color for 2 weeks)

just so you guys know...
we're all working on the creed system database...
so if one story messes with your creed, you can go back to the story of the creed you used to have and hope it should get you back on that creed status. heres an example for you to understand better.


Vampire and Lycan creed -----> SFO Underworld
any other title ---------------> another story in the TMC folder

so let's say you get another title in between, then you lose your current vampire / Lycan creed and all that goes with it. be reassured that all creed are saved on the server. now let's say that new creed is not what you thought and you want that vampire creed back. then you'd have to do would be to go back to SFO Underworld and from there follow the instruction to gain back your old creed with all its information you used to have before you switched to another creed.

hope this will help people...
we're trying our best not to break anything related to creeds not our own.
so this is why those lycan and vampire creed bugs goes to tmyapp, since hes the one who created those.

Sorry. I know you have explained it as simply as possible Karma but I don't understand. I just thought you meant you could now switch between creeds if you don't like the creed you are in, keeping your old score for that creed?

PaddyWallace, it means exactly what you just said. though for now there is only the lycan and vampire creed, we all are working on new ones all being used in story mode and multiplayer mode.

for now if you lose your creed reguardless of the reason, going back to SFO Underworld might solve your problem. for the story check to see if you already had it before and if you had it before it will bring it back to you as it was the last time the server checked. if that do not solve your problem, then you can contact tmyapp via this forum !

that's all i was saying, its gonna be the same for all TMC creed related stories !

are all creed using stories that can be played in multiplayer in their own respective ways !
creed are kept on the server, so even if you switch creed from one another, if you go back to the story of the creed you want, it will be coming back to you as it was when you left your creed !

I got my PaddyWallace (Lycan) account up to 60-9 and now its 29-1. Can someone please pimp me back up, again...?

Also, I got my (X-F)Phaidi (Vampire) account to 30-3. All losses were glitches cuz I have not lost a creed fight on this account yet. I don't really mind about this one as its only 3 losses, but 0 looks so much better and I haven't lost, so it shouldn't say I have. I will continue to use this account so if you could just take the losses off and don't do anything to the wins as there will be more of them I would greatly appreciate it.

I was a Lycan Ancestor with 101 wins and I think like 40-60 losses? Now Im a hunter with same stats as my other account has. (Which it got all by itself a while back)

Unfortunately, right now the server has problems, so this is something you'll have to bare with.

my only explanation of the whole losing creed thing, is that there is a bug in the way wins are kept and maybe it happens when you fight people with no creeds, as in you take their creed for whatever reason the engine decides to and thus happen to lose your creed. same could be hapenning for the creed switch, maybe you fought a vampire with your lycan account and ended up with their creed instead of yours.

whatever is the case, this is a bug that is rare and have to be found exactly why it happens in order for tmyapp to solve it. all you can do is wait and bug tmyapp in this thread so he can bring you back to the normal way.

other than that ... we're battling multiple issues here ... first off, during the death of the auth server (and some 48-72 hours later) ... all bets are off ... anything could have happened during that timeframe (mainly issues related to data-loss and data-corruption)

aside from that ... based on the reports of this thread, it seems that there was an issue in regards to switching between multiple SFO accounts during server-side creed saving ... (ie: the process and saving of your creed happens independent of you doing something else in SFO ... so if you just finished a creed match ... you can play another game ... stay in chat ... or just stare at the main menu ... in the background, SFO might still be saving your creed ... and an issue would happen if you were to log out and log back in under a different in-game login ... while your old creed data was still being saved in the background)

a silent patch has been applied earlier today in an attempt to resolve this problem ... so with some luck, we should see less and less problems like these from now on http://bbs.projectx.cyberfuturism.com/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin2.gif

however, if someone still has an issue with their creed being completely lost and/or reset, feel free to post in this thread with:

1: the exact in-game spelling of the account in question
