I kno rite. i was happy when they told me nothing was torn. but i was runnin and i rolled my ankle. i walked around a bit and it all seemed ok. so i ran about anotha mile and when i got home and sat down for a while it was hurtin bad. but its feelin ok right now. i can walk on it. still cant run heel toe yet. i can sprint though.

it might even be weeks buddy o.0... it depends on how yo sprianed it of course... like me for example, just maybe a month ago i was walking down the stairs and i missed one step slipped and leanded on my ankle sideways... hurted like a bitch x.X.... it just healed last week but still stings a bit
