Well it has come to the time where the end of Jin^Kazama is coming to the end after WWW2 im having so much fun thank you Nferno666 Blanka09 DPX, TMYAPP, I don’t want to be rude to anyone but here goes, apparently I was really hardcore back on turbo before anniversary version came out, and suddenly bang a new update was announced, I was sure it was going to be a new character, but this never happened instead a faster mode was introduced, named expert, I was excited, correct yes I think everyone was and some really still our, Tmyapp and his fellow team members who work very much hard and put a lot of effort into this game and forum to make it what it is today the people I know, but I never have had a chance to have a nice conversation with, Nferno666 a legend been here since the game started and he runs his own server and he has to take a lot of money out of his pocket for servers to be made I really respect that deep down, Blanka09 man is so polite for his age I think his younger than me I think because im 22 sorry yes im old he never has a anger problem very nice and is always doing his job at perfection, Dark_Paladin_X, I’ve know this wonderful person through Spiderman vs. Spiderman fights and when he came he came with ideas plans his motivation for the forums are un-believable he has dedicated towards the forum and members trying to help and solve problems, lefty the person who controls the forum from what I have seen from my prospective, I haven’t really got to known other mods or now properly but would like to say thank you to SSJKARMA, TarkanX, warmour viper2040, this person is amazing I never knew him and he said hello Jin^Kazama I was shocked someone like him said hello to a low life person to me, back to the topic basically once the new mode was announced I understood my Spiderman is being dismantled by ryus when I k####ack on turbo I just about could kill every ryu apart from Evil Akuma and more but im not sure but mostly all most half I could…. And further more my maximum was horrible on expert no impact compared to turbo its not about Spiderman I just figured use shoto’s as I’ve proved time and time again I can do more than just one character ken became to strong bison sakura and ryu …. Back to the topic sorry lol so point is im getting dismantled by new people on expert which makes me look horrible when back before the update turbo I was able to kill them badly my post is not relevant in anyway I will try to edit this as I’ve made weird mistakes at places, and yes I’ve done as much as I can when I came to sfo people like metal ken ak47hardhitter da vipa life Veg1ta righteous homie nixz xtremdark and many more have helped me what I am today I really think this game is like no game I ever played the amount of motivation in it is incredible but my time is coming to the end going to miss everyone, even though no one cares lol good people deep down.
Please dont think i have forgotten any names i know everyone from here on sfo, and i mean everyone i know there names i respect the entire sfo community and the members i wont forget them so dont imagine i forgot someone even though i just posted some names

I said to MK that i stop playing sfo after WWT2. Im 19 and school is very hard at my level. I need time, ive my friend and everything.

I have met lot of very nice ppl in sfo: Dam_ite, Jin, XsoulManga, Metal_Ken, Avilancer, Dark Paladin, Da_Vipa ....

All i want (OMG, thats my english book title) in sfo is fun. nd i find fun when i was still a ####. Joining clan with my friends dam_ite and avilancer ^^ After 4 month i started to become a good fighter and my goal was to be Rank 1. But that was so difficult at thistime cuz estset was rank 1 and i wasnt able to beat him. After a moment, i finanaly defeted estset in two match and get rank 2. i was very happy. But that wasnt my goal, i wanted be number One.... Finnaly i wasnt able to be rank 1 and ive met Jin in the game. He was rank 1 and everyone challenged him. He wasnt a very skilled fighter and ive decided to make team with him. He didnt know me and we fought together, we were defending his rank1. We lost 0 matchs this night. But i was better than him. He is very fast become one of the best sfo players and started to own ppl like Rightous and pip.
Thats the old dayz, here i found lot of fun. And i didnt yet reach my goal , be rank 1.

I've finnaly got the frist place for 10 min. I beat this #### called Kin U Ken 5 times..... And i started to notice that rank was nothing, just play lot and you will be rank 1. http://bbs.projectx.cyberfuturism.com/non-cgi/emoticons/hehe.gif

And now, all my sfo friends stopped sfo, they are never in and i dont have fun to fight in tourney. Ive fun in tag mtch 2 vs 2. But all my tag partners stopped or dont play very ofen: Dam_ite!!!, avilancer, Jin^Kazama and {_RYU_} http://bbs.projectx.cyberfuturism.com/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif

Lot of ppl dont play sfo for fun and start to flam for nothing. I think they forget that sfo is a game made by TMyApp. Game mean fun. Thats the key if you ant have fun. But I cant stop sfo like that, ill sometimes log in sfo and maybe replay sfo is the new update is cool.

i'm one of those people who just drifts on and off this game although it's fun to see the new competion most of the vets are still the best to fight.

Obviously by now anyone who's played over a couple of years finds the whole rank thing silly,alot of you will proberly agree with me that you either just fight to find a challange.

Like the other day i battled this excellent wolvi guy and it lasted ages i eventually lost but enjoyed it a million times more than constantly winning average players.

I guess those who have left either left because of life problems or simply got bored of the rank and the constant growling of ####s saying "I can beat anyone,i'm the best and you won't fight me because your scared...."

Those like nixz and the da vipa proberly had enough because barely anyone was challenging and the final reason.

We vets are almost around the same age group when we started about 4 years ago we were kids and now most of us are moving out or going to college etc maybe they might return,nothing wrong with older people playing but most will proberly forget about this game.

Basically a generation of fighters are ending and i guess a new one will be emerging soon.

Good to see you're here to stay byrd.

These days I don't really play SFO much and am much more engrossed with the forum to be honest. It's still too laggy and full of bugs for my taste so i'm still getting beaten by pretty much everyone in the game. It is bearable at times but the game doesn't excite me as much as it used to. I'm sure the future updates will slowly start to make the game better and i'll always stick around this place to see it evolve.

well heres my story why i left and also a bit of history of my time here in SFO first of all im just writing as i remember of stuff

well i belive it was around 2004 i was looking for online games and i stumbled upon this so i started playing and a year later i became a member of these forums. yes of course at first i lost alot of fights i forfeit a couple of fights, but then i realized i wanted to become one of the best fighters of SFO if not the very best so i played and i trained for hours and over months and months ive gotten better and better the best rank i have ever been was 13 i believe.About 3 months i have been playing SFO i thought it was time that i should join a tournament but little did i know it was not ready for a tournament but ill get to that later well i saw a tournament and i belive it was called the legends tournament hosted by Solid snake 76 but it was too late the tourney had already started so i talked to solid snake and he finally let me in but i didnt think it through like i said i was so hyped up for this tourney i didnt realize i was still a #### lol.So yes painfully i lost my first match and lost the tourney lol yes the truth hurts. So a year has past i have beaten so many fighters hardly ever losing nearly won my fight against kill dem all he might not remember i beat him but i always remember the guys ive beaten. So a couple of months past and i thought yes i am ready! i am ready now for a tourney so i saw the 100man ryu battle i thought i was a pretty good fighter so i joined up. Alright round one, my first opponent was dark pladin x so we fought and i barely beat him i offered to shake his hand but he said he was cheated remember that pladin? he demanded a rematch but i said no i beat him fair and square and i did but i guess he talked to kill dem all and i fought him once more and i lost and from my point of view i was cheated bcause i beat him the first time and he claimed i lagged him to death and i won. but no this was not the case. was it my fault his computer had a bad connection? im not starting a fight from a couple of months ago but im just saying why i quit i was cheated and i left the tourney and never to come back to SFO again yea sure i might come back here and check out the forums have a fight or two but not like i used to this might even be the last post i make who knows i might even come back but theres a 99% chance i wont hope you enjoyed my story not a happy ending lol but not all stories have one

Quitting or "moving on" is just based on ur taste in life. If you feel the game isn't worth ur down time then there'll be no point playing it. I agree. No one's on call for 24 hours at school/college, so if you stop playing it's more likely to be down to the fact that you just don't like playing any more.

Upcoming exams is probably the only reason why i'll leave, but that won't be permanent.

so let me recap this...

8 + 7 + 2 + 2 = 19 hours...
let's you 5 hours a day to do anything else that you want... really schools isn't a reason here.
now if you had school and a job now that would be otherwise... but then again i got a friend who likes to play video games. he got a job, a familly 2 children and a wife. yet he still have time to play with his friends around 5 to 6 hours a day !

so really you working and having schools isn't a reason at all !

Some people like other hobbies besides playing a video game all day. Insted of SFO i play basketball. I like physical contact and i preffer it better, then i again i come on once a blue moon when i have nothing to do.

I think people stopped playing mainly because of expert mode and because they have been waiting for "DWX" a very long time and eventually got fed up. Also people have lives outside this game.. University, College, School, Life, Work. We all play games when we are kids but when you grow up and mature a bit you realise that you are not a kid and you don't play anymore.

The main reason why I quit, was because I was getting tired of it. I'm not trying to say the game is bad, but the lag and me constantly losing was hurting me. After 4-player came out about 4 years ago, the lag got so bad, that I could barely play the game (there went my Ryu). I would still like to play this game again, maybe the same way I did nearly 5 years ago, but everytime I try to, I just say, forget it, its not worth it. Maybe that's a sign saying that I should hang it up, permanently (which I have been doing for about two year, now).

well people, I do not know if any of you notice but the "taste" of the game has become bitter. Not many people will understand, only people whove played from 01 - early 04. Many people were enthusaed in the game, people always spoke about strats and tournie, just a very fun and competitive atmosphere. Now a days, a new person comes into the game, the first thing he/she asks, "CAN YOU SPONSER ME!?!?!?!" instead of "Can you train me?!?!?!?!?"

I still love the game, but what makes the game are the people, and the people are capable of destroying it. I stick to this game because there are some people who i like to fight with, and the fights are inticing and really fun.

I bet if a member joined this place in 2001, played it for a bit and then left it in the same year, he/she would be very surprised at how far it's come now. Sure the community wouldn't be as enthusiastic about the game as it was before but the actual game itself has progressed a great deal.

ya i know what of course, its amazing now, i came to the game when spidey was just added. but still, the people are the game, the game isnt the people.

but hopefully the "new era" (New School) will be just as good as the "old era" (Old School). And I can see some very potential people in this game who can be the next legends.

I think people stopped playing mainly because of expert mode and because they have been waiting for "DWX" a very long time and eventually got fed up. Also people have lives outside this game.. University, College, School, Life, Work. We all play games when we are kids but when you grow up and mature a bit you realise that you are not a kid and you don't play anymore.

The reason people stop playing SFO, well its very simple. Its either they found a more interesting game or something more important comes up. But this game is like a cycle, as one member leaves another joins. So SFO will never die.....well I can't say never. But LONG LIVE SFO!

There's only handful of the vets who even got used to expert mode,i really like expert though and am glad i got used to it.

It's just a shame some of the old boys have a gone.

Anyways i'm alot like that vipa play till i get bored then come back after abit.I think thats how most of us keep intrested,i know if i played one game for 5 years i'd die of boredom.

Leap frogging on and off this game keeps it intresting.
