[ Survival Mode - AT/v 0.2 ]

Hi there all, TMC's "Survival Mode" has went live and is in the testing stages. In this stage, the game is open to any and all opinions, no matter what it is.




Too hard
Too fast
Too easy
Too strong
Need helpers on
Turn timers off
Suggest helpers
Suggest use of creeds for player or not

Whatever you think Survival Mode needs in it, or whatever you think needs to be toned down.

To participate in the Testing Phase.. Simply leave your exact in-game account here please. ( Exact spelling and casing of the account )

NOTHING IS LOGGED IN TESTING, AND TESTING WILL GO ON FOR 1-2 DAYS.

Im reading your guys requests and filling in more areas at the same time.
So far, your guys's requests arent too bad, and it doesnt make things to easy. So far, from everyone, the same 4 things keep coming up.



Checkpoints, to continue after a certain point (Which defeats the survival mode) :(
Lowered attack/def/level bar speed for onslaught. (Yeah.. he is pwning)
One continue after a loss, with the ability to select a new character (understandable)
Helpers

And their are two things that I will definitely add that are not in v.1 of the Alpha Testing.



When a player loses he/she will be prompted to this page via an in game button/link, to report why he/she lost, and if they think anything should be changed to balance the game.
And something that should already be there to help me track the progress of players, and whether or not they reach certain levels of difficulty, that will help me determine whether or not to lower the difficulty or raise it.

you shouldnt rely on vip moves when it really aint necessary . what block designed is truely for skilled players. either way i see it u will still get merked. good luck

Someimtes vip moves are necessary. in the other thread I posted that there has to be a pause button in the game. If the game has 130 levels, lets assume ie takes about 1 minute for a battle, sure some take less but the mid bosses take more time. This is 130 minutes and is more than two hours. I dont know about u guys, but I cant go for two hours at a computer without being interrupted by something. Either parents, phone, door, or my brother.

Bump: also, onslaught is wayy too over powered. I super barely scratches him and an RD takes like 25 percent of his lie, if u manage to even get it in. He is too fast and too strong. Give him normal health at least. Also juggyt is just plain annoying going at uber speed.

Bump: OMFG I KEEP GETTING BUGGED BY MY FREAKIN PARENTs AND HAVE TO STOP!!!

Also, Spiderman is waayyy too easy. THere hasnt been a single fight in which I havent perfected him.

Bump: I highly advocate a pause feature. what if u have to go eat??

I will continue to use this thread as a means to update the community whenever a new version of Survival Mode is released.
With that said, the Alpha Testing of v 0.2 is Live as of NOW!

Every original tester is still signed up, and may test the new version whenever they like. Thank you for the support and interest. You guys are the only reason i'm up at almost 7 am :cheesy:

So far I have gotten to the second boss. I didnt beat him but he is beatable. I got one round on him so far.

I do like it better without Onslaught, now it is more likely I will at least make it to the next boss each time. (and faster)



I did notice on the screen before second boss, it had a text screen that said take a breather, then another but with no text and an 'ok' button. Thats how its suppose to be right block? just checking

Hey _Zom_B_X,

I believe Blockattack has temporarily removed the "Survival Mode" TMC script from the TMC menu for the time being, most likely to make improvements onto it or anything else on those lines. I'm sure it'll be back. ;)

hey blocko, so what the chance of adding in a pause button for Survival Mode... sometime my kid is crying and all I gotta do is stick his dummy in but I can't pause the game inbetween bosses.
