Ryu corner rapes

as you all know every character has its certain "corner rapes" (meaning trapping the opposing player in the corner) so yea... ive been practicing them in story mode with ryu... so far ive found at least 3, heres a list to be more precise:

1.infinite uppercuts, this one is actually pretty simple... all you have to do is get your level bar to 3 and then continuously uppercut the opponent into the corner, hit them wiht 3 normal ones in the corner (to insure theyre trapped) and then use up the lvl bar with 3 uppercut specials.

2. simple special combo, tornado kick special and then a uppercut special. simple eh?

3.youll need cody and a tag match for this one, first get your lvl bar to 3 and then send out cody to trap your opponent. you then get close to the opponent, use variable and then do a tornado kick special.

yes theyre all pretty simple. if you have any combos strategys or how to corner rape with ryu post it here cause id like to hear your ideas and maybe test them out myself and create another one

Umm I guess that can worked, I recommdened if you use uppetcut when ur opponet is doing special or not paying attention and then strike behind him Boom!!!Sometime ur opponet is 5 second faster then you so it missed that's really ashamed =(

U kinda fight to win DPX..
but those things dont really work..u can block on ur way down from getting hit by the first uppercut.

The second one, try a normal uppercut to launch them, and then a tornado kik special..

Another, do the above^^ but shin shoryuken instead.

There not really rapes, more like simple strategies.

just remember guys there's no such thing as a perfect corner rape....

i mean if youuppercut me i'd just block as i landed and then jump over you or something,you won't see it on your screen due to lag and then get blasted in the ass with a shin hadoken.

Thats the problem with corner whoring you can combo all you like but as always there's a way out and then your facing lag,just remember that the story mode guys while hard, are pretty stupid i've managed to beat shin bison with nothing but me crouching and punching him to death.

If your gonna train combo's for doing on people you need to see how lag factors into it so i suggest you practise them against weak opponants and never bother trying it on a vet.

well corner rapes are just apart of the game some ppl just become desparate and have no toher way of playing cause they suck at jumping but what ever suits ur style of play cause always remeber as long u win but i got a wee corner rape for u guys to use it can take ur oppoent out with 1 special here it is.

u need guile of course and char of choice is ken the king of lag hehe , anyway start of with pressing ur oppoent back with hadoken encourage him into a hadoken war with u then bang call out guile and take it from me hes dieing to kick ass with a bit of luck even against vets he cornered in there now for the fun part just at the tip of guiles sonic boom attack hit ur helpless oppoent with a reppa and watch the lag take control i gurantee u if youget this right its the best corner rape youll ever see.

Well like most of you have bragged about yes, Vet's always know how to escape a corner rape. But hell i love to do it to anyone anyway.

Poor strategy is the best I can say of those "Corner Rapes".
They could never work on a good player.
Maybe you can get some poor #### trapped in that "Corner Rape" of yours but you it would never work on me for sure. I´ll simply jump right thru ya. Or hyper jump over your head. Or even slide underneath as you come down. I could even use the Ashura Warp to escape your second attack and if you don´t move away from that corner quick enough you will be the one trapped in shredding ShinShoRyuKen followed by a lifesucking Hurricane Kick to finish the job.

Corner rapes are simple. Just get them in the air and hold them there. Lot's of the time all you gotta do is jump around them and use the lag to help you. As soon as they land from a jump-out, they get pulled right back in. =P

lol i think the only possible corner rape there could be is cyclops optic blast that hit u in the air,other than that you'd have to be stupid and just stand there.

No corner rape is sustainable if you have a brain between your ears,helpers can stop it,or blocks can. Jumps infact just about anything that doesn't mean ur standing still.

With that said quick corner attacks...thats a different story you can get some pretty good combo's such as an helper attack followed by a super.

Two moves I wouldn't exactly call a corner rape, but ryu's medium punch whilst crouching can do severe damage when your opp. is in the corner. Also, chun li's rapid kick.

then u can counter a sleasy corner rape by doing a hurricane kick in da air
wen yur opponent hits u up in the air
hurricane kick yur way back down
knocking yur opponent away from the corner

=P Triple Dck and Volyball rape are my ™s. Course nothing beats the old fassion charge, then kicks, slashes, and Berzerker Baradges. Old fassion rapes that lock your opponet in the air where they can't escape, and half the time they don't know what the hell to do. >_>

Yeah good ideas but never in my sfo experience no one as never conrner raped me with any character, I like to jump hadoken and kick alot.

there are those who abuse the corner rape to a point were sfo is not fun and make me wanna stop playing for a while but its part of the game so i don't really hate it

lol if you wanna try such things try them on me, my sentinel so big and huge, and yet corner rape fails for the most part. well then again ive been worked on the sentinel corner rape, it works pretty much only on begineers as for serious damage his hard kicks do the work. and then i could always use missle mania against spidermans and such. so yeh fight me xsouldeath if you think youve mastered the corner rape. what sometimes works against me is hadokens at close range followed by jumping hard kicks, cyclone kick thing, and forward down forward punch move, and maybe the uppercut special...but ya i seriously need to find a character other than sentinel to own with for best gaming experience... and i mean at very close range..so close that my sentinel cant go down and do a beam or even hit you with a light punch,

and about 'cheapness' lets put it this way as someone once told me in fact the reason i use sentinel and own with him:
in the old days i used ryu and owned and darktestsumaki or whatever wanted me to join some battle-grounds clan and i did for the time being, then i left...
along with way my ryu got owned by a sentinel and i kept fighting cyclops and sentinel and calling people cheap. then i realized a character could work better for me with LESS EFFORT. i mean spiderman, just keeping him in the air is annoying. but sentinel vs ryu, ryu does his ground special, use lowbeam and say BYE BYE to his special muhaha lol...my wolverine used to be so good that using only wolverine i got rank 2 .. lol..sigh..YOU DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO IN ORDER TO WIN.
