What is Special Box?
Special Box, also known as Special Box Day! A Christmas 2010 TMC Mini-Event, an addition to the 12 Days of Christmas (http://forums.streetfighteronline.com/showthread.php?t=26883) 2010, presented to you by the Ambassadors and Staff of Street Fighter Online!

Special Box gives a player the choice to select one of three gift boxes, one of which contains a "ticket". Your aim is to win as many tickets as possible during the selected days of when Special Box is available, to win big prizes :biggrin:! On the specific days (when Special Box is available), you only have one chance to select a box containing a ticket, thereafter you are required to return another day when the event is available.

When (and Where) is Special Box available?
Head over to the TMC menu in SFO and select "Special Box - Christmas 2010" on the following days to participate within the event:

Prizes?
The prizes for this event have not yet been announced (to the public), and will not be until the completion of this event. :( Worry not, there are prizes involved in this event and we will deliver! :biggrin:

Q: Is there a prize for winning once?
A: There maybe a prize for winning at least once, however it depends on the amount of "winners" we have by the end of Special Box (31st December).

Q: Can we use multiple accounts?
A: No, this event is only open for one account per person.

With that said, the event has been closed until Thursday 23rd (the day when Special Box is available next). Everyone will have the another chance to win a ticket. :)

There maybe a prize for winning at least once, however it depends on the amount of "winners" we have by the end of Special Box (31st December). If for example there are 200 winners, we may not award each and every 200 player with a prize, we may only reward those who have won more than once (I.E. Players who have won twice, thrice etc.).

Of course, we may offer those who have won once a prize ... I mean after all, you did "win" and it is Christmas :biggrin:.

My advice to everyone would be to participate in as many Special Box Day's as possible in order to win a great(er) prize, by gaining as many tickets as possible. :biggrin:

To be fair, it doesnt state the number of tickets needed to receive a prize, it just states there will be prizes. I'm guessing he was just curious to whether he needed all tickets to receive a prize, which I'm sure a lot of others were wondering.

With that said, Special Box has once again been released. As of today onwards, Special Box will be made available/unavailable at midnight at GMT+0 (rather than me having to figure out EST time all the time; no pun).

Yes, this event is only open for one account per person (Sorry for not making it clear in the initial post).

Although I have seen several users using multiple accounts, I/we can't prevent it. However at the end of this event when we tally up the results, those with several accounts will only be accounted for one account; other accounts will be disregarded. :(

Most likely for privacy reasons, of course I don't mind that as it's totally up to the poster on how much privacy they'd like to keep.

As long as the screen shot of the ticket which has been won is clearly shown, everything else is fine (remember to stick to the forum rules :biggrin:).
