Every so often, widespread in-game problems will occur in the world of SFO. When they do, alert either an ambassador, a moderator, or the forum.
While this does seem like common knowledge, some widespread problems have gone unreported for hours or days. If a widespread issue is not reported, then it cannot be fixed.
Please keep this in mind if and when any of the following happens:
-SFO Chat servers are down and no one can enter them to play ( all but DWX last year (http://forums.streetfighteronline.com/showthread.php?t=26404) DWX just last month (http://forums.streetfighteronline.com/showthread.php?p=704900#post704900) )
-The top scores in SFO or SFX reset before they are scheduled to (IE: on anniversary of game release)
-The Web Hub goes down (http://forums.streetfighteronline.com/showthread.php?t=27602)
-Colors do not save (http://forums.streetfighteronline.com/showthread.php?t=27704)
Remember, the sooner any issue is reported, the sooner we can work on fixing and/or addressing the issue.
