How come when I play with Sakura and someone plays with ryu and we do specials my shinku-hadoken is weaker than ryu's super hadoken? Its a problem that is really bugging me.

Every special attacks do different amounts of damage.

it also depends on the lag and the distance from wich u r hitting ur opponent

Also because if you both did your specials in the SAME time, then his special would hit you first because it goes HORIZONTAL. Besides it all depends on lag,[Which many have said] and the HEIGHT.
If Ryus around the same height as you, and you shoot your special. He'll hit you first. <.<

im not sure if this is true
cos i onli think i read this on the character moves list
but for them kinda specials
u hav 2 rapidly tap it 2 do more damage
personally
i think its only chance how strong the attack is
but yur opponent might of just kept on tapping the special buttons which may of dun sum extra damage ( possibly )
