i never made a tourny and my friend wants me too do it for him since for some reason he cant post... http://bbs.projectx.cyberfuturism.com/non-cgi/emoticons/rock.gif well do i just make a topic like ultimate ken vs ken showdown?and do i just say the rules in my post?

just go to the challenges and tournaments section and create a topic with the name of ur tourny there. then u can post the rules, participants, whatever
