Servers w/hosted games

Ok, I'm tired of waiting for people to host, then when they do, they do ####ish poope like 2on1. I dont know if this is possible, but I think a server sjould be made for proplr who can't host where there are open rooms hosted to fight in. The 1sr person in that rrom is player 1 and chooses the rules and stuff. Get what I'm saying?

server made with rooms made especially for ppl who can't host, where ppl can just enter the room and the 1st person who enters become the host and sets the rule, etc? Yeah i get you..
But, what if the same "****ish poope" u mentioned entered such rooms and become hosts? Isn't it then the same situation? And also who's gonna host for so many such "rooms" just so that ppl who cant host can enter and fight?
I do want such "rooms" too as i can't host myself, but i dare say ur idea won't work...
