how do you use it i heardyou can take a part of your pic and add it to your banner but how you do that can you help me?

Um, could use the lasso tool...whichever you like best and save it as a layer...and put it on the banner...err...you can also look up "photoshop tutorials" at google...

i checked out the toturials but there damn too long over 78 options and stuff or ill search google and use lasso
