OR you can just #### around with all of the filters- make combinations. Fool around with the brushes, etc etc. You'll get more creative as you better yourself.

what do u mean hes missing a border? the white lines act as a border, there are different types or borders u can do u know. Thats a nice Try just keep at it and look up at some tutorials for tips.
