Okay, I run my Street Fighter Online off a thumb drive I carry around with me. So its cool to be able to play it almost everywhere I go. Unfortunately though, every where I go doesn't always have internet. So is there a way for us who have actually downloaded the full program to take the characters we have unlocked with us and not be actually connected to the server because I gotta tell yah... Logging in as Player** kinda sucks...

I think you need the Internet to access the servers. But if you can, try going here: Street Fighter Online (http://www.streetfighteronline.com/download.htm)
unhuh...i dont think sfo was made for that kind of mobility.

Things like signing in, VIP perks and some other stuff are only available when connected to the internet. WHY you might ask?
dunno, you got to talk to TMy about that one.
Personally, i don't think that this will happen anytime soon.

yup. I do it all the time. Just log in as "Player", it will say you aren't able to save stats, etc. etc., continue on and you can play Story Mode.

the reason you need to login is because the authenication server/top scores records your stats/data on the character you last used and characters you have unlocked by winning the ammount neccesary to unlock which ever character you want to choose in story mode/online play when your online. the only way to play offline with your login name would be to "never" log out http://bbs.projectx.cyberfuturism.com/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin2.gif
