Sometimes when i'm fighting someone they tend not to get any damage. I give then everything i've got and yet they take absolutly no damage.
Whats up with that?

yeah i did ryu's specials like a hundred times and i didnt even give'em a scratch. it weird. They need to have this checked out cuz it isn't very fair.
yes and that really sucks, cuz when my health goes down so easily, it takes me forever to damage them, and i have to avoid a lot.
It's called lag. Either
a) Because of lag, while your hits have been registered, it will take a while for their health bar to go down (but when it finally goes down, the full amount will go down)
or worse
b) Becasue of lag, the person was actually three blocks away, ordering a chicken schnitzel. You never ever actually hit them, but in fact, they've been beating the moolah outta you!

lag is just something you have to deal with, it'll be fixed when it's gonna be fixed (is it just me or does that make no sense at all)

ya i think most of it is due 2 lag about the health bar moving. But i also think there is some cheating. I just started playing like yesterday, but when i play some ppl they have a super charged after throwing 2 hydukens(forgive the spelling its been awhile) now it takes me like 6 hydukens 2 charge a super by the time i get 1 super charged ive already had 3 supers thrown at me.

Techniques for defeating lag:
1. Watch the opponents lifebar, when it goes down, you have connected with a hit.
2. Throw lots of fireballs. They seem to reduce lag.
3. Use a helper. Usually this reveals where your opponent really is (Except for sentinel and spiral.)
4. Trip your opponent thousands of times in the corner. Even if you're not really connecting, you can still boost your super bar.
5. Listen for the word "Danger". If you hear that, it means all your moves have been connecting.

I never saw anything that would help the problem in the FAQ. But then again, I just skimmed through it...
I have the problem too. I did a 99+ hit combo using Ryu and Chun-Li's supers (combonation attack or something like that), yet nothing damged the person who I was fighting against. NOTHING.
