lol.. Only Admin's/Mod's have a privlige to make it pop up on your screen. Why? Don't ask me why because I don't know. Maybe because they are above us and get to do what ever they want to do. But yeah... Only Admin's & Mod's can make it pop up. You can't or any other VIP Member can not do it. And next time post this is "Member's Help Center". A thread like this should not even be posted.
