You don't email them, you can either pay them by cash or credit card to become a full VIP member. It costs $5.
If you don't want to pay that money, you might be lucky enough for someone to sponsor you, meaning paying the $5 for you under his name.

well to become vip you have to pay you need a paypal account or a creditcard at www.streetfighteronline.com/vip the least you can pay is $5.00
