The day has finally arived for the path of a new legend to begin. Who will win this tournament and be the new Legend of Street Fighter Online. Who will be the one to conquer all who oppose him? As the fighters gather their new found strenghths and abilities for the Grand Tournament. One can only wonder the trials each fighter will endure along the way. Be prepared in this tournament for the unexpected. Hidden talent is going to be unlocked and new found abilities are going to be used. Lets just hope the training you endured was sufficient so that you can survive the 1st round preliminaries. I wish you all luck because this round will capture 64 Participants in its wrath and fury. Only the strong will survive and the weak shall fall.

Preliminary Rules
There are 8 groups of 16. At the end of the preliminaries the top 8 fighters from each group will move on to the 64 Bracket Tournament. You must fight everyone in your group 1 time only ( Best of 3 Matches ) the 8 top fighters in that division will move on to the next round but those who fail to make it into the top 8 will be eliminated out of the tournament.
