ie: use bison scissor kick, then warp and bison special

i also said over views..some people want to post what they observe and learn from fighting with a certain character, so they want to put it down so other can read and maybe learn from.

i got one for you guys, you dont have to ALWAYS save your levels, ive been playing again for like 2 months now, and i never saved my level once and i won a total of 10 outa 13 matches, its mostly all about timing......does anyone want to argue?
