?what is cheap afterall?

I fought once Agressor en (i think her name was so:) ddgirl with my partner 1cedryu: we won 3:0. First round 1ced en me were called good, then very good on a last round Agressor began to call Chun Li cheap (so as 1ced's Ryu) cuz ddgirl died in 10-15 seconds, Lol, en she is VIP: thus prof, after her followed agressor he managed to last 4-6 seconds more, Ryu was unstopable. I dont want to say that i'm super or that Agressor sux he doesnt suck at all... but like anyone else i have my own tactics en techniques.....and for some ppl these techniques are new, cuz most common moves are hadouken, jumps with kiks en hadouken en again en again the same till super special gets used.......
In the beginning i found it very Cheap, Sentinel's laser beam en rocket lunch i found very Cheap as well, but now i'm looking on it more simple. Even very annoying Truespawn's (i saw him using it first) technique Cyclope + Venom, i still find annoying, but it works... it really works en opponents just crack under those moves.

Perhaps if youhave some questions about "cheap techniques", we can discuss it here en even find a good "unticheap moves".

Lol, i dont even know what to say....i know your not trying to call me out or nething..which is cool, i appreciate that. I never really saw people using cyke/venom that much either. i mean i know i'm not the first to use that team, but i've played a lot of matches and fought a lot of different people, and honestly i never saw to many cyclops users...especial with that combo. He was really rare. i remeber before sakura was added people just used to jump kick him, he was more of a joke than nething. I almost never see people use the last 5, which i dont know why they are easy to counter and are the coolest helpers in the game.

Um, i dont consider anything people do to me cheap. The reason is because what i might think is cheap, someone else might not think is cheap. i think ryu is the cheapest character in the game personally...it doesn't mean i have nething against him tho. I fight a lot of people who do akumas raging demon on lvl 1, over and over and over...if you predict that it's comming, it's easy enough to stop...but sometimes its hard and you will occasionally get hit cause nobody perfect. It's a really annoying tactic yes, but i found ways around it. Thats why i dont agree with the whole "cheap" concept. Cheap is just something people say when they can't beat a certain type of move. I know a lot of people think i'm cheap...but i'm really just lazy as heck. One of the reasons i play as cyke so much is because he doesn't take all my strength to fight as, plus he's got great assault and counter tactics. Sents are kind of "cheap"..but they can be owned so easily with spidey that it doesnt really matter. I dont know i cant think of anything people used on me in this game that i really consider cheap, and i've seen some pretty grimey tactics. Lag is the only thing that i consider cheap, but people have no control over that whatsoever so again, it's just another thing you gotta get past. I've always loved people who win at games with 1 move. They'd always get crap and hear ppl saying "well you have no REAL SKILL" but, they would always win every time. There's just something to funny about a guy who knows all the moves and practices all day getting completley murdered by some kid who only does 2 or 3 moves.

What i think is truly cheap is people who will say "well i dont repsect you because you use X fighter and X tactic". That is cheap to me. That just shows that people dont respect you unless you play by they rules. VIP's are notorious for whining and complaining when they loose. They cant accept the fact that even tho they paid for this game, people can still get wins off of them. People can say whatever they want about me, but i never comoplained or cried ONCE about ANYTHING someone did to me on this game...and anyone who has ever faught me knows that to be true. 90% of the time, i dont even say anything after the match..win or loose. I found that saying gg a lot of the time pisses people off..because why would they think it was a gg if they lost? I just find it easier to not say anything to people because that way if they talk about you, it just prooves how sad THEY really are. Belive me keeping your cool on this game is not an easy task because i'll tell you...i put up with some CRAP on this game. It's funny because if you read the forums you think people on sfo are really nice, but when you get to the actual game all you see is members braging about how good they think they are, complaining about how "cheap" someone is, or verbally abusing another member for 1 reason or the other. Being no 1 was probly so sweet for me because i pissed of soooooo many people...but i aint really have a lot of sympathy for ne1 because all i ever got was abuse on sfo in 1 way or the other. Yeah there are the occaisonal cool people, but they are RARE. What's truly cheap to me is people's BEHAVIOR...not how they play in the game. A lot of these "Great" fighters, have really sucky attitudes. I was surprised because i fought a lot of well respected people who seemed to have accomplished something of worth on this game (if that's even possible...) but when i'd beat them, all they would have was harsh words for me. IT's sad, because a lot of you look up to them and while i wont name they names, it was amazing to see how if i used a tactic that they hated or couldnt get past, they considered me a nobody. That's whats really cheap to me, people who wont respect you unless you fight the way they want you to.

A word for anybody posting in this topic...lets keep the personal attacks and unnececary whining out of this post. These are good topics but they get closed to early because people screw them up with the unnececary bashing and complaining. Lets try to have a civilized conversation about this beacuse as the creator of this topic said, lets discuss how to get around these tactics, and what makes a tactic "cheap" or not...but dont let this turn into another war of words and get yet another intelligent interesting topic closed down.

first of all i wanna thank Truespawn, the thing that i mentioned here some names is not about complaining someone, do not misunderstand me pls. I'll give u one more example: Calkulis, dunno who da hell he/she (i suppose he) is, but when i pawned him he began to flood en so on, like i'm ####, cheaper en etc. THe next time he took revanch, dear, he bigan to flood 3 times more. Truespawn didnt lie about real charcater of the ppl who r online, at least most of them, among them are so called honorable members, best of the best...
