How to host a banner

I have been trying to put a banner but I think I can't put any can any one help where to go to and explain how to upload banner?

lol... heres what you do. first host your banner on photobucket.com then after you sumbit it under the picture ti will say img, click on it then right click on it then click copy, then go to street fighter online forum go to edit profile then where it say signiture right click in the box and press paste then it will show up in the box then press admend profile and when you post your banner should show up.

i'll tell you to put a banner in you'r signature..you have to copy where it says in the banner not the url of it copy the img there is somehting that says that so copy and paste in you'r signature and you'll be done i hope this helps
