Concerning Sync

I am curious if there will be future plans, for detecting exactly how long a person who currently has an active Internet connection has to wait when their opponent's Internet connection suddenly loses sync, that way the person who still has their Internet connection intact doesn't leave early, and lose out because they just took a loss on the scoreboard I.E. clicking exit during a match, and it'll say "If you leave to go to main menu you will lose the match" or something like that! So what do yall think of my new idea?

For example; I just got done fighting against someone who hosted, but the server told me that the sync was lost on the 2nd round, and then I waited for 20-30 minutes, and it said he left, but it never took me to main menu, and when I tried to go to the main menu, it told me that if I did we'd both lose! So it would be great to have a device implemented in SFO to determine exactly how many minutes the person who still has their Internet intact has to wait for the member who loses sync!

usually when sync is lost there is countdown which automatically ends the match after about 30-20 seconds.

but I think I have seen what you talking about happen before (stuck in a lost sync match and force to take an L)

hopefully with SFO 2.0 the problem is resolved (which I believe it will be) seeing as this is a rarer occurrence.

I sure hope so. I will still be down for the cause of SFO regardless!
