^See idk about that kind of stuff. I just thought do the regular hit some weights which most people wh I have no intention on becoming a muscle head( Im still sort of a geek even though i may not look like it which trips people out). I thought i might get some advice about a good work out plan or something about how to eat and portion myself. I was just throwing a number out there about how much weight id like to gain. Just picking 10-12lbs of muscle is good. After the summer ill post some results.
