there is this problem with shockwave, after version 8.5 the engines were changed to something that was far less reliable then this game casn handle, thus you have download shockwave version 8.5 to solves this problem.

there shouldn't be any problems to find it as it is on the main page of the int he download version of the game search between the files and seek a file called SHOCKWAVE 8.5 and download it and install it, this should solve your problem !
