There's actually a reason for Normal and Turbo. It had to do with the fact that the game needs those options available as well.
Anyway, Expert can really turn off a new player so they may opt for Normal or Turbo not realizing how slow it will be and that Expert is really just a Turbo 2 mode. But yea, if they pick anything other than Expert, go back to the host chat, yell at them to pick Expert and run it again.

Personally, I've thought for a while that Normal should **** off, and that we should change "Expert" to "Turbo 2," to make it less intimidating. But, apparently no one liked the idea. >>
