But theirs no such thing as g.o.a.t rapper. It mostly depends on people's taste/opinions, on music and such. Also, theres alot of great rappers, but never a g.o.a.t rapper.. remember that. Until, EVERYONE can agree to one rapper. That's not tupac or biggie, cause they're very over rated.
a rapper can have the best lyrics.

stop being racist and accept the fact wayne sucks.

listen to good rap, you'll see how stupid your opinion on wayne was.

Lupe Fiasco >>> Lil' Wayne, no joke. I don't know how people can ride lil wayne so much.

Also, just because, you can have the best lyrics, don't mean you're the best rapper. You also have to have, substance, flow, vocabulary, good ear for beat selection, energy and other things as well.

How did he take 75% of rap with him??.. If he did, the record sales would of been up to 100k most. But instead, after he died the record sales increased, and people left and right were going platinium!

Umm, ri*****. Rap started getting crappy years after tupac's death. You act like as soon, tupac died rap started getting crappy. Anyway, the things you see on t.v is not the rapper's fault, is the fans and industries fault.

If anything, rap started going downhill when the south took over and started thier coke/snap dance/crunk/hyphy phase, and when 50 cent started to blow up, cause he started beef for no apparent reason. Thus that messed up hip-hop cause people started to have beef with one another over dumb stuff.

As for bone thugs, they're not the only people in rap. You're forgetting ALOT of others. *smh* @ you thinking rap revolves around certain people.

Anyway, stop making assumptions about rap. -_-

yes they are.

you guys ride them if they were like God or something.

You can't accept the fact that they can't be the best.

Thats why.

Only thing pac had was inspiration, as did biggie.
yes they was da best.....as RAp but them on top all da time(MEDIA AND FANS)

and lil wayne does suck......lupe is better then him.....its just that wayne get more publicity
they don't have the lyrics.
no its just dat u dont kno wat lyrics is.....how u gon say tupac aint good lyrically(dats da dumbest thing i heard someone say or type......)when TUpac died guess wat he did? he took 75% of rap with him......
How did he take 75% of rap with him??.. If he did, the record sales would of been up to 100k most. But instead, after he died the record sales increased, and people left and right were going platinium!
i mean lyrically there was ppl going platinum but for how long?.......biggie got killed in L.a then bone thugs music was going downhill i mean after tupac died rap went downhill from there....looks wats on tv now ..........trash

lmao dats not wat im saying......im saying ppl dats have lyrical skillz like tupac is not seen today......like common and telib kwali.....

and 50 started beef wasnt no cause at all.....in da 90's there was alot of beef like with KRSOne and more...dat didnt bring down rap...and it still dont...its just publicity and wat young kids like cuz they dont listen to the music they watch all those new dances and hear da beat and dats it

and dont tel me 2 stop making assumtions on rap my opinion homie

Guess you haven't listened to Lupe Fiasco yet... -_-

Why would anyone want to be copy of someone else, especially like pac. That's whats wrong with rap today, cause they want to be the next pac, instead of themselves.

PAC IS MEDIOCRE AT BEST.

All he has was freakin inspiration, and guess what?

wherever i live has NOTHING to do with how much knowledge i know about rap.

Post me a good pac song, and 100% shure ill take it down.

Who cares if he was a gangsta? WHO CARES IF HE WAS WEST-SIDE NIKKA?

who cares if he rapped about GOD.

it doesn't make him good, it does not make him a raper.
