Default Another possible blow to the gaming industry....

http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2013...olice-say?lite

Quote:
A 15-year-old video-game fanatic accused of killing his parents and three younger siblings because he was mad at his mom will be tried as an adult, a New Mexico prosecutor announced Tuesday.

Nehemiah Griego was being held without bail in a juvenile facility as authorities revealed that he was “unemotional” when talking about the massacre but perked up when he talked about his love of violent games, including “Modern Warfare” and “Grand Theft Auto.”
beautiful.... cause of this little ****head, the ****ing bureaucrats got more ammunition for their crusade against video games.... ****ing lovely

IKR. Its stupid, they blame Video games, but what about everything else? Like Movies and Music and etc.

Its funny they are only targeting Video Games, and shying away from the real problem which is Bad Parenting Like Mikey said.

not only bad parenting...
its also a question of differentiating good and bad.
i mean parents can teach you that, but if the kids decide to go crazy and anarchist about it., what can they do, lock him until he comes back to his senses ? the reality is... anything could of made him jump like that... friends in school, parents, drugs, TV, musics, you name it.

but... its how human works, always in need of a scapegoat to ease their mind.

not that it matters now, but this would have been a lot less likely to happen if guns weren't so easily accessible in the U.S.

That's what ... the 4th multiple fatality shooting in the last 40 days in the U.S ???

Video games are the culprit. The reason America has so many incidents of gun violence is because it is the only country with violent video games. Other countries like the UK have virtually no incidents not because guns are not allowed, but because they have no violent video games.

Undeniable logic that hopefully congress will see and pass the appropriate measures!

It is our 2nd amendment right. Also, unlike a disease you cannot do a CT scan, and say yep too much MW3, and a bit of GTA4 is the cause of the problem, and i doubt the person would say it them self. So to sum it up, No i doubt it's video games, try again.
