Colors gone missing?

I found out recently that me and my friends color had gone missing, (We both got it from the same person) does this happen alot? Because we asked the person that gave it to us and he says he didn't take it away, he cant even get on SFO.

Could somebody tell me how this happend or how to get it back. Theres not much to say about what happend but my colors gone missin lol.

If you need to know what color it was or whatever just ask. it was gone missing about a week ago. and i got it around may 15-30th.

And I got the color from "evilmortal" "~HTH~FoRiNzIx"

it happened to me as well, but it lasted a day.

i reloaded SFO after i cleared my cache, history, temp folders etc.

and i got it back. I suggest you try that, and see if your colors come back

Clear your cache. It happened to me a while back in my old clan called "TRG", I had a White Clothes ken. In my terms, holy ken

Also if any problems the staff can help you or you can email info@streetfighteronline.com

I tried all that.... If it's still gone for a few more days ill just email them.

Referring to past event's.. are you sure that "evilmortal" didn't "order" them for you
on a temporary basis?

Try what he said and if that dont work there could be a chance that the Guy who gave you the color just removed it from your account.

The user most likely removed them.

If not, the advanced palette may not have loaded.
Does the news screen load when you start the sfo app?
If not, your account will load all previous status.
Basically whatever you had before your color change, will come back, if the sfo news page doesnt load up.

Hmmm.. lets see..
If it was an illegally obtained color, such as a staff color. It will automatically be removed.

Eh did you check you log in info?It could be one of the letters aren't the correct format!Cause that happens to me sometimes with my vip,but maybe its just vip
