Welcome one and all, my name is D.Bahki, and I will be your host for this fine event. Now as I lurk around I can't help but notice all this nonsense on the way rules should be for tournaments, challenges, and clan battles. We have these so called pr0 players demanding that everything be safe and glitch free with albeit less rage inducing, however rather boring, Unvind mode. On the other side of the spectrum we have those who like them huge shiny new effect things and want Level 0... should give them some LSD.... Then we have them wolverine healing scumbags demanding every move to be allowed; vice-a-versa, so and and so fourth, blah blah blah, etc, etc.

So me being the awesome hero Captain Obvious have come up with a brilliant, dimwitted, and simple solution;

1 on 1 / 1 on 1 Tag
Helpers: Optional
Timer: Optional
Any Mode
Any Speed
Any Server
Vindicator Optional (If Vindicator is ON use Neutral Creed/or be Creedless)
All Characters Allowed
All Moves Allowed(Host can choose to ban Healing Factor)
If you cannot host you will decide the rules for every other match.
Screen Shots 100% Required. No SS = Re-Do.
Must Win by 2

A tournament where all the rules are decided by the host aka the Raven. It's brilliant, dimwitted, genius, stupid, vice-a-versa, so and and so fourth, blah blah blah, etc, etc.
