You can't get toned if you don't have any muscle mass. You need to gain weight, 127 is not much. How old are you & what's your height?

Yeah man, definitely underweight. Read those threads, eat big, lift heavy. Worry about gaining muscle mass before considering toning.

Wellllll, I am overweight. i wanna weight down to 180. I am 230ish. I play tennis everyday and that approx = 9000 steps (according to my phone). Any diet and changes will be helpful!
