I win matches but no new characters are unlocked. Is there something wrong with my computer? It's like I restart entirely everytime. Anyone Know whats wrong? ANYONE!!

Well if you are playing in Single Player(Story Mode) your wins don't count, you simply get rage. You have to fight other people online.
Another cause might be the number of wins you have. Ryu= No wins required Ken= 25 Wins Chun-Li= 10 Wins Sakura= No wins required Sentinel= 15 Wins Wolverine= 20 Wins Bison= 25 Wins Juggernaut= 25 Wins Cyclops= 30 Wins Iron-Man= 35 Wins Spider-Man= 35 Wins Akuma= 40 Wins You need the number of wins in order to unlock those characters, have fun.  |

that used tah happen to me all the time to
what i just do is this play all the way until i get 50 wins then they wont go away anymore

Well, I have like over 300 wins and sometimes I lose all my characters o_o
But than I log out and in and I have them back lolz
