If you’re a VIP Member, Sponsored VIP or an Elite VIP within game, then you are eligible to have your rank moved from Member to a specific VIP rank on the official Street Fighter Online (SFO) forum. To take advantage of this, follow the steps below:

1. Firstly, you must take a screen shot within SFO to show evidence that you are VIP. When you enter a chat server, it should state your account title such as “VIP Member” (E.G. "Welcome back VIP Member!"). This is when you should take a screen shot (Print Screen SysRq).

2. Send a PM to the SFO Staff via the Contact a Moderator feature. State that you want your rank to be placed into the VIP group and attach your screen shot done in step one (Upload to an image host: Photobucket or ImageShack, then provide link).

3. Wait from 24 hours to 2 weeks. Within that time, your account rank should be changed.
